- Designed and developed core APIs for user, merchant, and admin roles with JWT + RBAC multi-role permission isolation
- Built seckill request pipeline with multi-layer rate limiting (blacklist, IP sliding window, user sliding window), Snowflake requestId for tracing and idempotency
- Used Redis to pre-warm inventory data; implemented atomic stock check + deduction + purchase limit check in a single Lua script, reducing DB row lock contention under high concurrency
- Introduced RabbitMQ for async order creation and traffic peak shaving — orders are queued after successful seckill, with consumers creating orders asynchronously to improve API response time
- Implemented RabbitMQ TTL + DLX order timeout cancellation: unpaid orders auto-close after expiry with inventory rollback, ensuring eventual consistency
- Used unique indexes, request idempotency keys, Redis dedup keys, and compensation mechanisms to prevent duplicate orders, duplicate messages, and inventory overselling
- Designed state machines (Spring StateMachine) for order, product, merchant, after-sale, and AI document review workflows, centralizing business state transitions and improving auditability
- Built RAG intelligent customer service module supporting PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD, CSV document upload and review, using Apache Tika for text extraction, chunking + embedding to Milvus, enabling product Q&A and after-sale policy Q&A
